姓 名:徐海洋


徐海洋,教授,博士生导师,重庆大学“百人计划”获得者,长期从事植物次生代谢和植物合成生物学领域的研究。2014年1月毕业于中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所,并获得遗传学博士学位。2014年3月起,在美国密歇根大学安娜堡分校从事博士后研究工作,并于2018年10月入职重庆大学。近年来主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项和科技部重点研发计划子课题各2项,川渝合作项目等省部级课题3项。以通讯/一作在Current Biology、Molecular Plant、New Phytologist、Metabolic Engineering、Plant Physiology等国际知名学术杂志发表多篇重要论文。目前担任Molecular Plant、Metabolic Engineering、Horticulture Research等学术期刊审稿人。






研究领域


植物天然产物代谢和调控机制解析及植物合成生物学。


综合利用基因组学,转录组学和代谢组学技术等现代组学技术,解析具有重要经济价值和药用价值的植物天然产物的合成通路及其调控机制,并进一步通过合成生物学手段和技术,以番茄果实和腺体腺毛为植物底盘细胞,探索其在合成生物学上的应用。
